We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team.

Job Description

The primary role of the Security Officer is to provide a safe and secure environment for our staff, students, and visitors. This includes managing access control, monitoring CCTV cameras, and responding to security incidents in a timely and professional manner.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be physically fit and able to work at heights if required.

  • Manage access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras to identify and respond to security incidents.
  • Respond to emergency calls from staff, students, and visitors in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide a safe and secure environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a security-related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work at heights if required.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
