We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and expansion in our assigned areas. As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and executing strategies that increase sales revenue and improve market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and expand our customer base.
  • Create new distributors by leveraging personal contacts and identifying potential opportunities.

You will also be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue enhancement.
  2. Maintaining relationships with financial center personnel, professionals, and personal contacts to build referrals and expand our network.
  3. Conducting market research to understand competitors and market trends, and providing timely feedback to sales personnel regarding their performance.
  4. Building a sales-centric culture among team members and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  5. Implementing a rewarding mechanism to appreciate the contributions of sales employees and driving engagement across the team.
  6. Developing performance improvement plans for the sales team to meet targets and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Crafting and presenting innovative ideas to improve market presence and stay ahead of the competition.
