We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all activity and processes required to efficiently run profitable digital marketing campaigns, building creative campaigns from end-to-end, and working in collaboration with our SEO team to ensure integrated campaign execution.

The ideal candidate will analyze the performance of campaigns and identify and suggest conversion optimization opportunities to exceed client expectations and grow accounts.

Strong Google Analytics and SEO knowledge, as well as proven SEO optimization methodologies, are essential for this role.

A successful candidate must have proven PPC skills, optimization techniques, and bid management, along with experience in display and remarketing, paid social campaigns, and content writing.

The ability to think creatively and come up with new ideas to explore and test when one channel or message isn't working is crucial.

The role involves evaluating product offering, traffic, landing page quality, content, design, etc. when determining keywords and campaigns, as well as analysis of SERPs, analytics data, competitor and industry activity to make continual improvements to our website.

Key responsibilities include technical SEO, including 301s and site architecture, monitoring Google Webmaster Tools, link building strategy and implementation, and preparing useful weekly and monthly reports.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEO, AdWords, campaign management, email marketing, HTML, CSS, PHP, WordPress, Google, off-page, on-page, Joomla, Facebook, and other relevant technologies.
