Sales Performance Specialist
We are looking for a Sales Performance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth through proactive consultation with customers and providing customized demonstrations of our product offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota expectations
- Proactively consult with customers in an outbound effort to uncover their unique needs and help advise on the best solutions for their business
- Capable of providing customized demonstrations of our product offering to prospects spanning a multitude of roles
- Thoroughly understand all aspects of our products in order to explain the technology to all types of users
- Be a crucial component of the sales process and work in partnership with SDRs, CSMs, Support, and other relevant departments to ensure an efficient and enjoyable customer experience.
- Adhere to daily KPIs, such as calls/meetings/emails per day and attending customer meetings on time.
- Adhere to CRM practices and maintain its hygiene.
- Follow the sales process and abide by the rules of engagement.
Requirements:
- We are looking for you to bring a high level of competence, curiosity, and focus
- Minimum 2+ years working with SMB-level sales prospects (SaaS experience is a plus)
- Creative, coachable, collaborative, goal-oriented, and thoughtful
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Consistent track record of selling complex solutions and able to make the complex sound simple
- Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Shift Timings: 7 pm to 4 am (Pakistan Time)
