SME Research Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conducting in-depth research on SMEs, analyzing their financial needs, growth challenges, and market dynamics using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
  2. Developing periodic industry/sector-specific research studies.
  3. Analyzing market segments in relation to market demand, competition, and business positioning.
  4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align research objectives with business goals and integrate insights into product offerings, risk assessment models, and customer engagement strategies.
  5. Applying advanced statistical methods and data analysis tools to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
Tasks and Deliverables:
  • Managing research projects from conception to execution.
  • Preparing research papers, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Publishing findings in academic journals and presenting at conferences.
