The Position:

We are seeking an experienced Industry Solution Manager (SIM) who will effectively articulate industry trends, best practices, technological innovation, and our Trapeze TEAMS product portfolio to both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of organizations.

The SIM will also be required to visit customer sites and work with customers to ensure that our solutions continue to meet their business requirements. This pre-sales position will fulfill the business development needs of our expansion plans in the Middle East region by supporting Sales Executives directly and working with any internal stakeholders whose technical input may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Introduce the Trapeze TEAMS product to the Middle East market, specifically targeting the GCC and selected accounts in the Middle East region.
  • Work closely with Sales Executives through all aspects of the pre-sales cycle to ensure that the TEAMS Sales booking target is exceeded.
  • Develop a clear set of customer account targets for the TEAMS product line and work with Sales Executives to develop opportunities in these accounts with the ultimate goal of contracting these opportunities.
