
Client Operations Specialist

Behind every successful product launch is a team dedicated to making sure the right pieces are in place at the right time. This role plays a critical part in that process.
In the AgeTech space, our radar sensing technology offers up to 10,000x more accurate detection than conventional solutions, able to sense even the slightest human movements without wearables, cameras, or invasive monitoring.
Seniors can live more safely and independently, while care providers respond promptly to critical events in real-time. Operational excellence is key to getting this technology into clients' hands and ensuring it performs flawlessly.
Our Client Operations team handles setting up pilot programs, tracking shipments, maintaining client data, and compiling performance insights. This role will be at the heart of our AgeTech initiatives, ensuring all evaluations, pilots, and rollouts are set up for success.
Key Responsibilities:- Track program progress using backend data:
- Evaluations, pilots, and engagement metrics.
- Set up and configure client portals, accounts, and test environments:
- Ahead of launches.
- Summarize performance insights:
- Highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare materials for meetings and updates:
- Internal and client-facing.
- Communicate with clients about shipment updates:
- Schedules and meeting coordination.
- Help organize calendars and ensure smooth collaboration:
- Across teams.
- Track client program progress using backend data, including evaluations, pilots, and engagement metrics.
- Set up and configure client program portals, accounts, and test environments ahead of launches.
- Summarize performance insights to highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare materials for internal meetings and client updates.
- Communicate with clients via email about shipment updates, schedules, and meeting coordination.
- Help organize calendars and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
Operations & Administration Tasks Include:
- Maintain inventory records and shipping documents:
- Ensure clear visibility for the team.
- Maintain client and deal data:
- In CRMs like Pipedrive and Custify.
- Keep spreadsheets and tools tidy:
- Internal spreadsheets and tracking tools.
- Conduct research tasks:
- Support internal processes and cross-team initiatives.
- Perform other research tasks:
- As needed to help with company operations.
- Prepare and organize shipping documents and waybills for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure clear visibility for the team.
- Maintain accurate client and deal data in CRMs such as Pipedrive and Custify.
- Keep internal spreadsheets and tracking tools tidy and current.
- Conduct small-scale research to support internal processes and cross-team initiatives.
- Carry out other research tasks as needed to help with company operations.
Requirements:
