High-Performing Quality Assurance Leader Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our QA team in implementing cutting-edge testing techniques and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving quality engineering, leveraging AI-assisted tools, and fostering high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agile Testing Techniques: Implement and drive agile testing methodologies throughout the QA team, ensuring seamless integration with business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead QA engineers and automation testers, promoting cross-functional collaboration and clear test results.
  • Automation Roadmap: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for QA automation, incorporating AI-assisted tools and techniques.
  • Test Frameworks: Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance test case generation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics in the testing process.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 8+ years of experience in a QA leadership or management role, with a focus on test automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Agile Expertise: Extensive experience implementing agile testing techniques and best practices.
  • Automation Skills: Expertise in developing and maintaining automation frameworks, including Selenium, Appium, and Cypress.
  • AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AI techniques applied to QA automation, including anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
  • Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud-based testing and containerized environments, including Docker and Kubernetes.
