Are you a detail-oriented professional seeking a challenging role in ERP configuration and SQL?

We are looking for an experienced implementation consultant who enjoys teamwork and is focused on configuring, testing, training, and implementing solutions using our Factory Methodology.

Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in Sparkrock 365 HRP solution to ensure smooth transitions from existing systems.
  • Implement Human Capital Management (HCM) modules for various clients, including nonprofits, school boards, and government agencies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on cloud-based HR & Payroll systems.
  • Collaborate with consultants to clarify requirements, review configurations, and validate delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will have the ability to write and execute advanced SQL queries, possess knowledge of complex HR and payroll concepts, and be able to interact effectively with senior management.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with SDLC during implementations, the ability to interpret raw data for decision-making, and effective communication skills.

Beyond technical skills, you will need to be a proactive project manager, capable of handling multiple tasks and working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an application or configuration specialist, preferably in HR and/or Payroll.
  • Ability to work remotely with flexible hours and asynchronous work culture.
