This role involves managing the entire payroll process, from start to finish. As a Payroller, you will be responsible for ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time, while also maintaining compliance with HMRC regulations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Payroll Administration: Oversee the administration of payroll, including processing end-to-end payroll on a monthly basis.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all payroll activities comply with HMRC rules and regulations, including RTI submissions and pension auto-enrolment.
  3. Financial Calculations: Perform financial calculations, including PAYE, National Insurance, and statutory payments.
  4. Employee Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees, including updating contracts and salaries.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, using software such as Sage, Xero, or ADP.
  6. Dispute Resolution: Resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during payroll processing, ensuring that employee queries are addressed promptly.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with HMRC and other third-party providers to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Requirements:
