Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Effective Public Relations Strategies: Identify and analyze key stakeholders, craft compelling messages, and execute strategic communication plans to build brand awareness and drive business growth.
2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless workflow, foster open communication, and drive results-oriented collaboration.
3. Proficiency in Case Management Software: Utilize industry-leading software to manage cases efficiently, track progress, and optimize outcomes.
4. Strong Public Relations Skills: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Knowledge/Experience of Legal Databases: Stay up-to-date on legal policies, procedures, and best practices, leveraging this expertise to support litigation preparation and case management.
6. Assist with Litigation Preparation: Contribute to the preparation, filing, and service of pleadings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
7. Organize and Manage Documents: Create and maintain spreadsheets, track documents, and facilitate efficient information retrieval.
8. Draft Legal Documents: Craft high-quality documents in accordance with judicial procedures, demonstrating attention to detail and technical expertise.
9. Conduct Research on Legal Policies: Analyze complex information, distill key findings, and present written analysis to solicitors and other stakeholders.
10. Review and Produce Documents: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of document production, responding to specific requests and inquiries.
11. Perform Other Related Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, embracing opportunities for growth and professional development.
