About the Role
  • We're seeking a skilled Media Buyer to join our team and drive revenue growth through Meta Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze funnels, identify weak points, and recommend solutions to improve key metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, ROAS, ATC, etc.)
  • Manage multiple Meta ad accounts for brands, optimizing their performance and coordinating with designers, copywriters, and CRO specialists
  • Track and report using tools like Ads Manager, Hyros, Triple Whale, GA4
  • Attend weekly strategy syncs and performance calls
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in managing big budgets, scaling ecom campaigns, and spotting (and fixing) what's breaking in sales funnels
  • Confidence with tracking setups, event configurations, and attribution tools
  • Ability to break down performance issues and know how to fix them
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with creatives and strategists
  • Proactive, curious, and obsessed with improving results
