Are You the Media Buyer Who Can Turn $100K Ad Spend into $500K Revenue?

Location: Blue Area, Islamabad

Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM (Onsite Only)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Industry: E-commerce / Marketing Agency

We're on the lookout for a sharp, data-driven Media Buyer who lives and breathes Meta Ads.

If you've managed big budgets, scaled ecom campaigns, and know how to spot (and fix) what's breaking in a sales funnel — we want to talk.

This is a full-time, onsite role in our Islamabad office. We believe the best ideas come from working together, not apart.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage Meta ad accounts for multiple brands
  • Analyze funnels, identify weak points, and recommend solutions
  • Optimize key metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, ROAS, ATC, etc.)
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and CRO specialists
  • Track and report using tools like Ads Manager, Hyros, Triple Whale, GA4
  • Attend weekly strategy syncs and performance calls
You're a Great Fit If You:
  • Have 3–5 years of Meta ads experience (managing $100K+/month in ad spend)
  • Are confident with tracking setups, event configurations, and attribution tools
  • Can break down performance issues and know how to fix them
  • Communicate well and enjoy collaborating with creatives and strategists
  • Are proactive, curious, and obsessed with improving results
