We're seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team as a Sales Team Lead. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability by qualifying leads, presenting our company to potential clients, and building long-term relationships with them.

Responsibilities:

  1. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
  2. Present our company to prospective clients and identify their needs to suggest suitable products or services
  3. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  4. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
  5. Report on sales results to the Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in sales development, account management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
