At Swift Onboarding Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Business Development Representative to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven professional who can initiate contact with potential clients, schedule appointments, and play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects from targeted lists provided by the company.
- Introduce our products/services to potential customers and articulate their benefits.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess their needs and preferences.
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for our sales representatives to further discuss our offerings.
- Document all interactions and update customer information.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback sessions.
- Bonus on every lead converted into a sale.
- Vast experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and setbacks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good English accent.
- Bachelors or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
