Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor Finishing to oversee interior & renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in managing such projects, with a strong understanding of construction documents and excellent leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and understand construction documents, including drawings, sections, details, and specifications.
  • Site Execution: Lead the execution of construction and finishing projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Labor Management: Arrange and manage labor resources to complete site tasks efficiently.
  • Subcontractor Management: Verify subcontractors' progress bills and create labor sheets for accurate tracking.
  • Progress Reporting: Regularly review work progress and submit timely reports to stakeholders.
