About This Role

This position is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact as a People & Culture Partner, driving strategic initiatives and supporting business growth.

As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will work closely with leaders and business units to understand talent strategies, initiatives, and challenges. Your expertise will help develop solutions that drive high-impact results and support the success of our global functions in Hyderabad, India.

You will be responsible for setting up and managing diverse portfolios of global functional teams, ensuring exceptional employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes implementing fair, respectful, and consistent treatment of employees, aligned with our business values and objectives.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a successful track record as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment, with a genuine passion for understanding and partnering with business. Your ability to influence stakeholders independently and work in an ambiguous environment will be essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive the People & Culture strategy to meet short-term and long-term business needs.
  2. Set up multiple functions, including Global Technology & Operations and Global Content Operations teams in Hyderabad, by managing exceptional employee experiences through the employee lifecycle.
  3. Ensure fair, respectful, and consistent treatment of employees, aligned with business values and objectives.
  4. Analyze casework trends using data to produce proactive recommendations for P&C and the Business.
  5. Partner in harmonization of people programs, policies, and practices to sustain a positive work environment for all employees.
  6. Develop strong working relationships with COEs to support implementation of P&C programs and initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Successful track record as HR Business Partner in a progressive, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly passionate about understanding and partnering with business.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders independently.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and apply good judgment to resolve problems.
