ISP Brand & Communications Lead

The role of ISP Brand & Communications Lead is a key position within the organization, responsible for driving various marketing initiatives and enhancing school communications.

Main Purpose:

  • To drive admission growth across ISP schools in India by increasing brand pull through effective marketing strategies.
About the Role

This senior-level position will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans to promote the ISP brand and enhance school visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handling onboarding of new schools, including branding, communication ecosystems, and marketing activations.
  2. Ideating and implementing marketing strategies to increase admission inflow across ISP schools in India.
  3. Developing new GTM campaigns involving ideation, content creation, channel planning, and implementation to meet monthly lead targets.
  4. Managing lead nurturing through effective and customized marketing content.
  5. Supporting school marketing teams in ATL and BTL market activation efforts.
  6. Creating marketing collaterals (e-mailers, brochures, infographics, videos) for different stages of the customer journey.
  7. Managing the brand's visual identity and ensuring regular audits across schools.
  8. Collaborating with communication managers to manage and audit school communication channels (social media, newsletters, websites).
  9. Driving PR and media outreach efforts in coordination with school communication managers.
  10. Ensuring global ISP best practices are followed across all customer touchpoints in India.
  11. Managing central ISP India social media handles, newsletters, and brand-building activities.
Requirements

This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in marketing, branding, and communications.

Skillset:

  • MBA with specialization in Marketing preferred.
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in marketing, branding, and communications.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and performance analytics.
  • Strong content writing skills and PR experience.
  • Understanding of graphic design, visual identity, and experience creating marketing collateral.
