We are seeking highly experienced and driven professionals to join our team as Appointment Setters/Cold Callers. This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients in the U.S. market, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team.

This is a night shift role tailored to U.S. campaign hours, requiring individuals with strong objection-handling and persuasion skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and experience using CRMs and dialers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound cold calls to U.S.-based prospects using a dialer or CRM
  • Engaging professionally and confidently with decision-makers
  • Setting qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Following call scripts and handling objections effectively
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed call logs in the CRM
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of BPO and cold calling experience(U.S. campaigns preferred)
  • C2 level English proficiency—both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
  • Experience using CRMs and dialers (e.g., Vicidial, Mojo, HubSpot)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
