Program Management Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Program Executive.

About the Role:

  1. This role involves coordinating academic programs, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects, and providing administrative support to the team.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including students, faculty, and staff.
  3. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate academic programs to ensure smooth implementation.
  2. Assist in the development and maintenance of academic policies and procedures.
  3. Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required. Relevant experience in academic administration and program management is highly desirable.

Skills:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  3. Proficiency in SAP SLcM or similar software, as well as MOODLE or similar Learning Management Systems.
