About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Creative Visualizer to spearhead our visual content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visual Content Creation:
    • Design and develop visually appealing graphics, animations, and videos for digital and print media.
    • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual projects, adhering to established brand guidelines.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and produce creative concepts that effectively communicate our brand message.
    • Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
    • Manage multiple visual projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Video Editing:
    • Edit raw video footage into polished videos for social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
    • Add visual effects, music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the final product.
    • Work with the marketing team to understand the goals of each video project and ensure that the content aligns with our brand strategy.
    • Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring the best quality and format for each.
    • Stay updated on the latest video editing software, tools, and trends to continuously improve the quality of work.
  • Content Strategy:
    • Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including animations and infographics.
    • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to produce cohesive and impactful content.
    • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and social media engagement.
    • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deadlines.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure that visual and video projects meet objectives and timelines.
    • Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content strategy.
    Requirements:
    • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
    • Experience with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or similar.
    • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
    • Familiarity with animation and motion graphics is a plus.
    • Basic understanding of photography and videography principles.
