We are seeking a Multidisciplinary Visual Strategist with a keen eye for aesthetics and strong design principles to join our creative team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will craft compelling visuals, develop impactful brand assets, and ensure consistency across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to determine design preferences and expectations
  • Craft original graphics with unique colors, shapes, and typography fonts
  • Rework output from paint and hand-draw applications using visual design software
  • Enhance digital images through contrasts and gradients
  • Submit visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval in a timely manner
  • Meet with project teams for feedback and editing designs when required
  • Work with developers to align visual designs with website functionalities
  • Develop prototypes to integrate logos uniformly and brand images across products and platforms, including social media
  • Adapt and refine designs based on feedback and ensure smooth execution through multiple revisions if needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or similar field
  • Complete knowledge of design thinking processes
  • 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer or similar role
  • A comprehensive portfolio of design examples
  • Advanced proficiency in visual design and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite's InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
  • Exceptional creative abilities reflected in original visual designs
  • Extensive experience determining design preferences and meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate on design projects and integrate feedback
  • Proficiency in staying up-to-date with visual design technologies and industry trends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong client-facing skills with a focus on alignment with client needs
