About the Role

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who can turn complex AI and blockchain concepts into elegant, human‑centric interfaces across web and mobile. You'll own the end‑to‑end design workflow—from research and wireframes to high‑fidelity prototypes and shipped product—within a multidisciplinary squad. This is a full‑time, on‑site position. What You'll Do

● Conduct user research, create personas, and map journeys to ground designs in real‑world needs.

● Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI in Figma that follow—and evolve—our design system.

● Collaborate closely with Product, Front‑end, and Smart‑Contract engineers to ship pixel‑perfect experiences.

● Champion accessibility, responsive layouts, and performance‑oriented design principles. ● Iterate quickly based on usability testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.

● Document patterns and contribute to the evolution of our cross‑platform design language. Must‑Have

● 3+ years' experience designing complex web or mobile products, with a strong Figma portfolio.

● Proven ability to translate abstract requirements into intuitive flows and delightful visuals. ● Fluency in design‑system thinking, typography, color theory, and interaction design.

● Familiarity with developer hand‑off tools and agile collaboration (Jira, Git workflows, Zeplin or equivalents).

● Excellent communication skills and a bias toward rapid experimentation and iteration.

Nice to Have

● Prior work on crypto wallets, dApps, or AI‑powered products.

● Motion design or micro‑interaction expertise (Lottie, After Effects).

● Knowledge of HTML/CSS for realistic prototyping.
