Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager with expertise in effective communication and coordination with customers to support new, ongoing, or future procurement requirements.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the correct hardware is procured at the best price and delivered on time according to customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Source quotes from procurement companies, analyze bids, and negotiate purchase orders.
- Research suppliers that meet company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with supervisors and department heads to understand business needs across various departments.
- Forecast supply needs and maintain inventory levels.
- Evaluate requests for proposals (RFPs) and statements of work (SOWs).
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Supervise and train the procurement team on policy and procedures.
- Analyze data to inform procurement decisions and improve efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and purchasing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in RFP/SOW management and inventory control.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
