Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to lead our recruitment efforts. This individual will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to drive business success.

This is a manager-level position that requires a strategic approach to employment marketing initiatives, internal referral programs, and employee retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Sourcing: Identify and source suitable candidates for current open roles within the organization.
  2. Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the recruitment life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  3. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to facilitate recruitment efforts.
  4. Recruitment Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive recruitment campaigns, leveraging job posting optimization, digital and non-digital employment marketing, and talent planning.
  5. Talent Pool Development: Proactively identify future talent needs and develop social engagements to attract potential candidates.
  6. Candidate Counseling: Inform candidates about corporate benefits, salary, and work environment.
  7. Social Media and Online Presence: Utilize social media, job boards, and online platforms to source candidates for open jobs.
  8. College Recruiting: Develop and implement college recruiting programs.
  9. Employment Events: Participate in career fairs and other employment events.
  10. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports and communicate effectively through emails and other channels.

Working Hours: The Talent Acquisition Manager may be required to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
