Job Title: Senior Total Rewards Strategist About the Role:This position is responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs that drive employee recognition, satisfaction, and overall well-being. As a senior total rewards strategist, you will analyze market data to develop policy frameworks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a culture of celebration within the organization. Key Responsibilities:The role involves several key responsibilities including:
  • Designing complex compensation programs to optimize budget utilization.
  • Evolving total rewards in a competitive talent landscape.
  • Drives resolution of rewards-related queries and makes recommendations for optimal solutions.
  • Administering market pricing tools and relevant data.
  • Planning and participating in market remuneration surveys.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to collect feedback for Total Rewards initiatives.
  • Reviewing and improving the Recognition framework.
  • Executing and managing the Wellness Framework.
  • Developing sales compensation governance models.
 Requirements:The ideal candidate should have at least 7+ years of relevant experience, a minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, and experience in end-to-end planning and execution of compensation programs. Additionally, they should be well-versed in policy development & communication.
