Senior IT Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to lead our organization's IT initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive business outcomes through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management frameworks.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Senior IT Project Manager, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects, including ERP implementations (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases, API integrations, and reporting tools.
  • Experience managing multi-location restaurant IT environments and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile.
