At the forefront of innovation, we seek an expert to spearhead our Data Center, Cloud, and IT Services transformation.

This pivotal role involves overseeing change management processes to ensure seamless execution of internal and external audits, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Effectively lead change management initiatives across Data Center, Cloud & IT Services domains
  • Manage audit processes, track progress, and follow up for Data Center, Cloud & IT Services

You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), designing and implementing process improvements, conducting vulnerability assessments, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on them.

To excel in this position, you should possess a graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, have a solid understanding of IT Service Management, and be familiar with IT infrastructure and services.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in areas such as IT Service Management, Governance, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Business Continuity, Audit Management, Process Design, CMDB Management, and IT Platform & Infrastructure Services.
