About The Role

The Employee Experience Coordinator is a key position responsible for ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding process for new hires. This role plays a critical part in helping employees transition into our company culture and thrive in their roles.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientation sessions, ensuring all logistical tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Develop and maintain orientation materials, including welcome kits, presentations, handbooks, and digital resources.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing necessary information prior to their start date.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Talent Management or administrative coordination roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Bonus Points
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP) and/or Learning Management Systems (Seismic Learning).
