Sales and Business Development Executive

About the Role:
The ideal candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new sales opportunities. By leveraging a consultative approach to selling, this person will utilize their expertise to identify and qualify leads, resulting in sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion strategies
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts by building strong relationships and delivering exceptional value
- Negotiate complex deals with senior-level executives to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience with a proven track record of over-achieving targets
- Experience working with CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions
- Demonstrable ability to build rapport with customers and establish trust through strong communication skills
