Project Manager Job Description

The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple FM project solutions. This individual will oversee all aspects of project management, from planning and design to construction and closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project management delivery processes and operational models.
  • Report on financial performance and analyze KPIs to identify gaps in resource or capability.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction with project delivery.
  • Manage all facets of project management, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Take responsibility for billing, accounts receivable, and collection.
  • Demonstrate capability to read, understand, and apply standards to complex documents affecting projects.
  • Interface directly with clients to define project requirements and prepare scopes of work.
  • Identify project delivery resources and conduct bid analysis.
  • Implement communication plans and facilitate project meetings.
  • Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Track progress against goals, objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Report status and variances and create action plans to meet objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Engineering Bachelor's Degree (BE-Civil / BE-Mechanical / BE-Electrical).
  • Supplementary Project Management qualification: APMP, LEED, RICS or equivalent preferable.
  • Fluency or high proficiency with spoken and written English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Able to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
  • Able to effectively present information.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.
  • Able to read and understand architectural drawings.
  • Knowledge in leases, construction contracts, and construction practices.
  • Local knowledge and experience of projects in international environments.
  • Able to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
