Job Description

The purpose of this position is to lead and manage multiple, multi-disciplined facilities management project solutions with direct accountability for project delivery and performance.

  • Oversee project management delivery, processes, and operational and commercial models in the region, specifically in Lahore, for the client.
  • Report on financial performance, identify risk items, and analyze KPI performance to identify any gaps in resource or capability at specific sites and/or countries/regions.
  • Build strong relationships with the customer and wider stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction with project delivery.
  • Manage all facets of project management (from budget through schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual FM projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Take responsibility for billing (including documentation required for revenue recognition), accounts receivable (AR), and collection.
  • Demonstrate capability to read, understand, and apply standards to moderately complex documents affecting projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, specifications, and drawings.
