Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our research team as a Research Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews, documenting observations, and writing detailed notes.

They will also manage fieldwork to ensure efficient time utilization, facilitate meetings among the research team and junior staff, train new junior staff in research and interviewing skills, visit households to complete data collection, liaise with administrative staff regarding logistics for fieldwork, develop and conduct regular trainings, provide supervision and support for junior staff, and raise community awareness of child health issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:
