Grants and Partnerships Development Specialist

This position offers a unique opportunity to provide strategic leadership to our organization's business development, grants management, and partnership portfolios. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Programs (DDP), this role is responsible for leading program design, overseeing donor relations and compliance, and developing strong partnerships to support high-quality programming and funding diversification.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a Master's degree in business administration, finance, economics or a relevant field and a sound understanding of the Pakistani context. You should also possess critical thinking skills and the ability to research and understand legal and financial implications, as well as superior writing and language skills.

This role involves coordinating partner selection processes, including due diligence and vetting, in collaboration with technical and operational teams. You will also lead post-award processes including contract reviews, amendments, and donor negotiations, ensuring proposal processes are well managed, that funding diversification goals are met, and that funding efforts are aligned with our country program strategic priorities.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business administration, finance, economics or in relevant field required.
  • Strong understanding of Pakistani context.
  • Sound understanding of current policy regime for NGOs in Pakistan.
