Sales Territory Manager

">About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to lead our assigned territories by managing distributors and order bookers to achieve targets and implement sales strategies.

  • Prepare monthly unit-wise and value-wise targets for assigned territories.
  • Set daily targets and assign them to order bookers based on their areas to ensure effective coverage at all outlets.
  • Create and share sales reports for assigned territories and categories to analyze target and KPI achievement.
  • Manage order bookers, monitor their performance daily, and ensure they are well-versed with company products and resources.
  • Conduct market visits to ensure effective coverage, understand market dynamics, and monitor customer actions.
  • Ensure trade marketing activities are executed at all outlets as per plans.
  • Plan sales efforts and design PJPs by analyzing territories and RTM.
  • Build relationships with key distributors, establishing mutually beneficial objectives to optimize value and meet strategic goals.

Background Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
