Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Server Administrator to join our team. As a Server Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our servers, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management
    • Monitor and manage instances, storage, and network configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.
    • Implement cost-optimization strategies to reduce expenses and improve resource utilization.
    • Manage EKS, AKS, and other cloud services to meet business needs.
  • On-Premises Infrastructure Management
    • Oversee VMware environments, including VM provisioning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Windows Server Administration
    • Manage Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, Group Policies, and user account administration to ensure secure and efficient access control.
    • Evaluate and implement periodic system updates and patch management to prevent vulnerabilities.
  • Linux Server Administration
    • Centralize user management, handling routine tasks such as updates, log analysis, service management, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient operations.
  • Virtual Machine Management
    • Provision, configure, and maintain virtual environments to support business growth and efficiency.
  • Client Support
    • Address and resolve client issues in a timely manner to ensure continuous service delivery.
  • Migration Support
    • Plan and execute system and data migrations to minimize downtime and risk.
  • SSL and DNS Management
    • Manage SSL certificates and DNS configurations to maintain secure and reliable connections.
  • DevOps-Related Tasks and Research
    • Support initial DevOps activities such as CI/CD implementation, infrastructure automation, and deployment pipelines.
    • Conduct R&D to establish a solid foundation for a robust DevOps team.
