Key Responsibilities of a Business Analyst
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare financial packages and reports.

The role involves coordinating quarterly business review calls, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted and distributed to participants. This includes scheduling meetings with executive staff, setting up video conferencing, and distributing materials as required.

Essential Tasks:
  1. Data Analysis: Track actual vs. budget/forecasts and analyze variances.
  2. Financial Planning: Assist in preparing monthly reforecast consolidation, annual budget consolidation, and executive financial packages.
  3. Communication: Coordinate quarterly business review calls and ensure timely submission of variance commentaries.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with finance users to provide input template/report support.
  5. Problem-Solving: Participate in directed analyses and upload the annual budget into the central accounting system.
