Job Title: IT Operations Analyst

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Analyst to join our team. As an IT Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting IT systems, providing first-level support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure.

You will work closely with our Manager NSSIT Supervision and collaborate with multiple stakeholder teams to design monitoring solutions, manage AppDynamics Infrastructure, and handle OSS L-1 operational issues.

In this role, you will be responsible for alarm monitoring of various IT nodes, service impact analysis of outage incidents, and health checks for OSS tools. You will also monitor and report major KPI trends, support field teams during network planned activities, and ensure smooth operation of Notifications Tool.

To succeed in this role, you must have a good understanding of IT technologies, knowledge of network topologies, and experience with NMS systems and associated software tools. You should also have strong soft skills and technical skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, including MS Visio & PowerPoint.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Telecom, Computer Engineering, or IT and experience in a NOC environment. They should be willing to work in shifts, including holidays and emergencies, and have a customer-centric approach.
