Senior Freelance Bidder

We're looking for a seasoned and results-driven Senior Freelance Bidder to drive our growth in the software development sector.

  • Client Outreach & Lead Generation: Develop effective outreach strategies across multiple channels, including freelancing platforms, LinkedIn, and email marketing, to generate high-quality leads consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
  • Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals showcasing expertise in software development, ensuring alignment with client needs and highlighting key differentiators.
  • Bid Management & Optimization: Analyze bid performance, adjust strategies, and continuously monitor conversion rates to improve win rates.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with prospective clients through timely responses, follow-ups, and addressing inquiries to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with the software development team to provide accurate project estimations, timelines, and detailed technical inputs for client proposals.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the software development domain to tailor bids and proposals accordingly.
