We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at LiveChat World Wide, Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude towards customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and queries through various communication channels.
- Effectively communicate with customers via calls, chats, and other mediums.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints while maintaining necessary correspondence.
- Record details in relevant CRM software and provide timely updates.
- Upsell passive prospects into long-term customers by leveraging warm and cold calling techniques.
Requirements:
- Previous call center experience is beneficial but not essential.
- The ideal candidate must be comfortable working flexible shifts.
- Strong verbal and written English language skills are mandatory.
