Confiz is looking for a skilled sales professional to fill this exciting opportunity. As a customer success advocate, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies that meet business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting prospects into loyal clients.
- Deliver product demos to clients, negotiate favorable terms, and close deals.
- Nurture key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and prompt query resolution.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Upsell additional features and services, manage renewals, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Implement client-centric growth strategies to enhance client value.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, and customer success within SAAS organizations.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, pricing, and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
