Job Description

This position is pivotal in shaping and leading our branding efforts while also managing and mentoring the marketing team. You will ensure consistency in our brand voice across all platforms, oversee the execution of creative campaigns, and maintain the integrity of Savvital's brand identity as we continue to scale.

The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of branding strategies aligned with our mission and market positioning. They will oversee all internal and external brand communication, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.

The successful candidate will supervise and support the marketing team, guiding project timelines, deliverables, and team KPIs. They will collaborate with design, content, recruitment, and operations departments to produce compelling marketing campaigns.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and execution of branding strategies aligned with our mission and market positioning.
  • Overseeing all internal and external brand communication, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
  • Supervising and supporting the marketing team, guiding project timelines, deliverables, and team KPIs.
  • Collaborating with design, content, recruitment, and operations departments to produce compelling marketing campaigns.

The requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong focus on branding.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading creative marketing initiatives and managing teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Google Ads, etc.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
