Job Title: Brand Leader

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking, driving the development and implementation of a holistic brand strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end brand strategies to strengthen brand equity and drive business growth across various strategic business units.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing communication plans to reach evolving consumer segments and increase digital adoption.
  • Monitor market trends and customer insights to refine brand strategies and ensure strong, consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels, verticals, and customer touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of sales/marketing funnels, customer lifecycle, and marketing automation journeys.
  • Ability to develop creative and persuasive content for distribution across various digital channels.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing external agency relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years at leadership level in brand management, communication, and digital/performance marketing.
