Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role of an Assistant HR Manager is crucial in ensuring that the company's procedures comply with employment regulations. This involves analysing existing policies and making changes as necessary to maintain a compliant work environment.

  • Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to employment regulations, analysing existing policies, assessing areas where policies are needed, creating new policies, managing and training the HR team, monitoring employee performance, assessing training needs, designing and implementing training programs, supporting managers and staff with employee grievances or conflicts, and setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits.
Skills Requirements:

This position requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities to guide the HR team and support staff, a solid understanding of employment law principles, the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, and knowledge of relevant computer systems and software programs.

Qualifications:
