Administrative Manager

Description:

The primary function of this position is to provide administrative support to senior management and staff members. This role requires presenting the department in a highly professional manner, dealing with confidential information, communicating directly with executive management, and handling calls while maintaining discretion.

This position will also compose correspondence, schedule meetings and appointments, and work with the travel department to coordinate trips and schedule company plane travel. Additionally, it involves monitoring department performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency.

The role requires maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, ordering office supplies, preparing billing and expense reports, and maintaining conference rooms and equipment. It also involves providing general project support to staff as required and performing other tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidence and discretion
  • Knowledge of Microsoft-based software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
