Job Title: Strategic Workplace Operations Manager

As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee administrative operations to maximize commercial utilization of properties and optimize workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project works to ensure timely completion within defined deadlines and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Manage property tax processes, including challan collection, approvals, and payments.
  • Oversee timely collection and processing of utility bills to prevent surcharges or service disconnections.
  • Identify vacant or underutilized sites and drive the commercialization of properties to maximize revenue potential.
  • Execute repair and maintenance works to resolve end-user complaints within allocated budget allocations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum DAE Civil (4 years) required with preferable 5-7 years of experience.
Technical Competencies:
  • Civil & Electrical Work Expertise
  • Facilities Management
  • Experience in maintaining old buildings
