  • Maintain high network availability by ensuring full compliance to the Service Level Agreement.
  • Operate and maintain fiber optic networks, equipment, and cables.
  • Rectify remote and on-site network faults, equipment failure, and performance degradation issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in handling O&M of fiber optic networks and systems with efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of fiber optic principles, including signal transmission and attenuation.
  • Ability to test and troubleshoot fiber optic systems using testing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Experience in vendor management for maintaining healthy KPIs.
  • Collaborative skills with peer engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operation.
  • Documentation skills to document fiber optic network designs and maintenance activities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to understand and resolve complex network faults.
  • Effective communication skills with all stakeholders.
