Procurement Leadership Role

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our procurement function. This opportunity requires expertise in procurement, excellent communication skills, and leadership abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Initiating inquiries and quotations from suppliers.
  • Negotiating rates to secure the lowest possible prices for materials.
  • Preparing comparative statements to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Issuing purchase orders for Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Other supplies.
  • Following up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ordered materials.
  • Maintaining accurate records of artworks and purchase orders.
  • Closing unnecessary open purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and minimize GR/IR.
  • Working closely with the Production Planner to align production with requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities to minimize material and production shortages.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Hands-on experience with any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
