About Climate Leadership

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the integration of carbon market rules into our platform design and product roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of climate tech.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for integrating carbon market rules into our platform.
  • Translate evolving regulatory, compliance, and MRV standards into actionable features.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure climate compliance from MVP to scale.
  • Establish relationships with verification bodies, regulators, and offset credit issuers.
  • Design workflows and data models that align with Verra, Gold Standard, ICVCM, and other standards.
  • Support the development of pilot use cases and tokenisation models for credit issuance.
  • Act as a bridge between policy, climate finance, and technology teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in climate policy, carbon markets, or MRV compliance.
  • A proven track record of managing or advising climate-related digital products.
  • Understanding of tech product cycles: from discovery to design to delivery.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like ICVCM, ISO 14064, Article 6, VCMI, etc.
  • Strong communication and system thinking abilities.
  • Bonus: experience working with blockchain, climate finance startups, or digital MRV tools.
