Climate Change Expertise

We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute their expertise in climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of carbon market rules, regulatory compliance, and data management systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with blockchain technology, digital platforms, and innovative solutions for climate finance. A strong background in policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project management is also essential.

  • Lead the integration of climate policies into our platform design and product roadmap.
  • Develop and implement effective data management systems to track carbon credits and ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable solutions for climate finance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including verification bodies, regulators, and offset credit issuers.
  • Design and implement workflows and data models that align with Verra, Gold Standard, ICVCM, and other standards.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in climate policy, carbon markets, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of managing or advising climate-related digital products.
  • Strong understanding of tech product cycles, from discovery to design to delivery.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like ICVCM, ISO 14064, Article 6, VCMI, etc.
  • Excellent communication and system thinking abilities.
